Get To Know Us
I wasn’t born confident.
I was a curious, observant girl from Bhutan with big dreams — and very little exposure. But I listened. To people. To stories. To silence.
Today, I’m a communication coach, public speaking mentor, and ESL specialist with over 13 years of experience, a Doctorate in Education Administration & Leadership, and the privilege of having empowered 10,000+ learners worldwide — from students to senior leaders.
But here’s what most people don’t see:
I lost my voice — more than once.

Where It All Began
My first time on stage was in 1st grade — unplanned, spontaneous, and unforgettable. A poem in front of the school.
That moment lit a spark.
By 3rd grade, I was winning poetry contests. In 2012, I started a vocational institute with 50+ students. I hosted family events, led sessions, and kept growing.
In 2016, I joined a Montessori as a supervisor and absorbed lessons no textbook could teach.
Later, I worked with global education platforms like Vedantu, K12, and Yellowclass, sharpening my skills and strengthening my voice.
From Learner to Leader
The “Mom Brain” Reset
After pregnancy, I lost confidence. I forgot words. I barely spoke.
But something inside me refused to stay quiet.
I took small steps — a TEFL course, freelance coaching with a US-based firm —
and then a big leap:
A Doctorate.
On my convocation day in Bangkok, holding that certificate, I broke down in the bathroom.
I realized: It’s not the title. It’s the transformation.
What I Stand For
Growth mindset – I never stop learning.
Resilience – I rise, every time.
Empowerment – I believe in people more than they believe in themselves.
Authenticity – I speak to be real, not perfect.
Compassion – I lead with empathy, because I’ve walked the path.
If I Can, So Can You
I don’t just teach communication — I’ve lived every phase of it.
If you’re ready to find your voice again (or for the first time), I’m here to help you do it with clarity, confidence, and conviction.
